Ingredients :

225 gr sugar (I use 180 gr)
30 gr cocoa powder
105 gr flour (I use Segitiga Biru)
1 / 4 teaspoon salt

60 g walnuts / cashews / peanuts, chopped (I use grated cheese)
42.5 g chocolate chips (I didn't use it because I don't have it)
25 gr grated cheese for sprinkling on top
How to Make:
1. Mix eggs and sugar until fluffy pake 3 speed mixer (mixer philips).
2. Enter the flour, salt, vanilla, cocoa powder, mix well (I still mix with the lowest speed because of lazy to pour using spatula).
3. Enter the cooking oil, stir well (I mix with dimixer lowest speed).
4. Enter almonds & chocolate chips and stir (I skip this because I don't have almonds and walnuts). Pour into the pan 24 x 12 x 4 cm. Sprinkle sliced almonds (I sprinkle with grated cheese).
5. Bake for 35 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees Celsius. (I baked a little longer because Iuse oxone oven, so bake about 50 minutes, 40 minutes of bellow fire 10 minutes above fire at temperatur 190 degrees)
6. Use the skewer test to make sure the cake is done or not. if there is still stuck in the sticks / toothpicks it means not done yet and add another 5 minutes under fire. test again so keep it for beginners like me hihihi
